Yay! A new Kate appearance. Unlike some celebs, Kate photos and appearances are hard to come by. I get so excited when I see a new one lol. Anyway, she was at last night’s debut of Loomstate for Target and I’ve added close to 40 images to our slowly growing gallery.
I’ve added some gorgeous high definition screencaps of Kate in the trailer for Transsiberian.
I’ve added some HQ stills from various Kate movies to the gallery – including a pretty disturbing one from Transsiberian.
I’ve added the various portrait sessions from Sundance 2008 plus I found and added untagged versions of the photos in session #002. Enjoy!
For those of you that pay attention to the sidebar, you probably noticed that we have a new partner. Her name is April Bostic and she’s an author who just had her book published not long ago. Why is she a partner of Kate Mara Fan? Well, in her initial email to me, this is what she had to say:
My character Bridget (his love interest) was represented by Kate, and I always tell people that if my book is ever made into a film, she’s the only actress I’d want to portray her. I’m a huge fan of Kate and her work, and I think she’d be able to do my character justice if Bridget ever came to life on-screen.
I’m personally going to order her book next payday and I can’t wait to see how Kate fits the role.
The event archive of the gallery is finally done! I’ve spent the day uploading event photos from 2001-2008. Nearly 2,000 images have been added bringing our gallery to almost 3,000 photos!
I’ve added the scans I could find online of Kate in various magazines from 2006 and 2007. If anyone happens to have something that I haven’t already posted, please send me an email!
Kate was at the opening of The Annenberg Space For Photography on the 26th and looked oh so adorable in pink. I’ve added over 30 MQ images to the gallery. I also want to take this opportunity to apologize for the lack of updates lately. A couple of my sites were hacked and both of my computers were hit with a NASTY virus. I had to completely wipe them and reinstall everything. I lost everything I had on them so I am now in the process of regathering the photos I had for this site. Please be patient just a little longer while I continue to sort through the mess.
For those in the UK, it looks like Kate’s movie Transsiberian has been released on DVD.
Extras include a making-of, interviews and deleted scenes.
I’ve added another photoshoot session plus a few new additions to session #009. I’m looking for more photoshoots so if you happen to have any that I haven’t already posted, please email me!
